Introduction to wire jewelry
July 14-15-16

No experience required
Learn traditional and free-form wire work techniques to create rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants without soldering! Emphasis will be placed on creating pieces that reflect each your own personality and style. (Projects will be learned using base metals) Students are encouraged to bring any favourite beads, stones etc. that they wish to work with during class.

Collagraph Printing
July 16-17-18

Beginner
The fascinating technique of collagraph printing produces sculptured, three-dimensional effects on the printed paper. This course will introduce the basics of collagraph plate preparation, press usage, inks, one colour printing, paper treatment and editioning.
